By confirming your purchase, you agree to all of our terms and conditions of sales that are presented below.

Due to our company being registered in Denmark, Mini Backdrops complies with the Danish Sales Law.
Mini Backdrops sells worldwide. Currently we display our prices in USD, EUR & DKK.
If you are located within the EU, then the price includes Danish VAT of 25%.
If you are a VAT registered company, you can contact us to complete a sale with the reverse VAT charge.
If you are located outside of the EU, the price does not include any taxes, and it is the purchasers responsibility for any taxes or additional charges that may occur once the product has been shipped.
We can not mark our shipping labels with lower prices than what was paid or mark items as gifts.
All customers will receive an official invoice via email once items are shipped.
Ordering and Payment
While our website is open 24 hours, we only process orders Monday-Friday.
Mini Backdrops uses PayPal to handle all payments, and this takes place on their own secure servers.
Through PayPal we accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Payments through PayPal will show up from LILPROPSHOP on your bank statement.
You do not need a PayPal account to use/make your purchase.
Your payment is first taken from your account once we have shipped your product.
We ship all orders outside of Denmark via courier with tracking numbers. However, we still can not 100% guarantee any shipping times.
For some countries there is the option to choose Regular Post as a shipping option. We can not guarantee that if you choose this shipping option that you will avoid any customs and tax fees and we can not guarantee any shipping times, and will not consider refunding or sending out a new order until after 8 weeks have passed.
There could be delays due to weather, holidays or due to customs. We do our best to mark our packages appropriately to help reduce the chance of our shipments being held for a long time in customs, but this is something that is our of our control.
We do our best to ship our ready to ship items within 3 business days. Custom orders can take up to 2 weeks.
We do not process or ship items on Saturday or Sundays, or any state holidays in Denmark. You can find a list of public holiday’s in Denmark here.
We have a return policy of 30 days. This means that if you are unsatisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase.
Please take good care of the product in the meantime. The product may be used when you decide to return it, but cannot be damaged in any way. If you wish to cancel your purchases or return your product, it is important that your clearly inform us about it at our email email@example.com
You will be refunded all your money . Mini Backdrops will refund you within 14 days after receipt of the products. Mini Backdrops does not refund your delivery costs in relation to the return of the products.

When you return the product please ensure that the product is securely packed in the tube that you received it in. You are responsible for the product until we have received them.
Cookies & Data Storage
The only data that is kept is information pertaining to your purchases. This information is only used in relation to completing your purchases, and if you choose to register an account. We do not share this information with 3rd parties.
