Post Image: This should be a square image size 600 pixels by 600 pixels.
Pinnable Image: An image that is 600 px by 900 pixels is an idea size for a pinnable image. This image should contain the title of the post on it. Canva is a great free web tool that can help you create this.
Images in the post itself are also important. There is no limit to how many images you can have in a post, but please try to have a minimum on one.
